Things are starting to stir in the garden

Whilst on one of my recent roams in the outside world I picked up a few stems of pussy willows (I didn't pull them off a living tree it had been cut back and these were from the waste).

The stems got me wondering what, if anything, was starting to spring into action in my own garden...

I was chuffed to bits to see my hellebore in full bloom and looking in good shape.

These little lovelies must have self seeded at some point because I'm pretty sure I didn't plant them. Oh the joys of having a garden, you never quite know whats going to pop up.

The rhubarb is off to a flying start again this year... I must do more than just crumble with it this time around.

And there's more to come...

News on the house front is that my builder has been by to measure up for the oak flooring I'm having so there should be one or two DIY posts on the way - watch this space!
