Souffle

Now I'm not the worlds best cook but just take a little looky at what was created in my kitchen last night......cheese souffle.

I swear I'm getting posher by the day!

I have to admit I didn't make this on my own, my friend Kevin popped by to help (and supplied most of the ingredients - cheers Kev).

We had been talking about having a go at making a souffle for a while as everyone kept saying how easy it was, and their right it was easy peasy although we both agreed that stronger cheese is needed for the next one so you could say we're still at the research and development stage. Onwards and upwards!
