This week at The Pea Pod

This week has been quite a productive one. The floor is now finished and all the skirting boards are back on...yippee! All I need to do now is touch up a few patches of paintwork that has been scratched and we're ready to rock and roll.

I've also managed to fit in a little creativity making paper mache birds for an up and coming art event that I've been invited to join in with (I'll tell you more about that nearer the time). Here's a sneak preview of my birds, they still need to be threaded onto ribbons to enable them to be hung up but they're coming along nicely.

On another note, this weekend is my come dine with me evening where all my guests will be supporting moustaches and eye patches whilst dining on fine food and putting up with me trying to entertain them...wish me luck. I'll report back on this subject on Sunday.

  1. They are fabulous birds. In a group they look even more dynamic. Elbow say that birds are the keepers of our secrets! (build a rocket boys)
