Drop The Weasel...the official launch.

At last I feel I'm at the point where I'm happy to officially tell you all about my little on line shop 'Drop The Weasel'. Since starting The Pea Pod I've had quite a few request for the items I make and so I thought why not sell them properly on line? And so Drop The Weasel was born.

The hardest thing about the process has been finding a name that no one has already nabbed and that is catchy and memorable.

Drop The Weasel has been open for a few weeks now but I hadn't listed much for sale so it didn't really feel open (if that makes sense?) but over the past couple of days I've been taking product shots and adding them to the site (i still have more to list).

I wasn't happy with the shop banner either so last night I plonked myself down in front of the telly and got creative. And this is the result..ta da!

I like the image and it's given me an idea for more work to be created later.

So, with the banner sorted what's in the shop you ask? Well I've painted a few more peg dolls as these are always popular.

These are very patriotic girls in their red, white and blue.

And these are the good time girls!

I've also listed 3 of my little ladies wooden plaques.

and some egg cosies.

Pop over to the shop and take a look, I'd love your feed back and if you can see any obvious mistakes then please let me know...I've been looking at it too much and I can't see anything anymore!! xx
