The World's Biggest Coffee Morning & Craft Sale

Yesterday I spent the morning at a beautiful home just outside Monmouth.

I managed to get lost in the country lanes on the way but with the help of the very lovely Andrea Davis I got there in the end!

Everyone came with their offerings for the bring and buy event and the place was very soon buzzing with chit chat and laughter.

The hostess, Sarah, was so friendly and welcoming and her home is absolutely stunning. Sarah told me that the oldest part of the building dates back to the 13th century with Tudor 'add on's'.

Here's Andrea with her beautiful handmade jewellery. I am going to get myself one of Andrea's pieces as a Christmas gift to myself, I've been working extra hard lately so I think I deserve it! ;)

I met so many lovely, warm and friendly women yesterday and I totally enjoyed myself.

Together we managed to get through the cakes on offer...well, it was for charity so you have to do your bit!

On the way out I had to stop and take a few pictures of the family pets. Three gorgeous, inquisitive and very muddy pigs.

And tucked away in the orchard I spotted this old style gypsy caravan too.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah for asking me along and to Andrea for putting my name forward for the event. It was a great way to spend a Friday morning. I only hope we managed to raise lots of  much needed money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

    1. Hi Mariette, I thought they were your offering. Sarah loved them. They look great against the green stems of the other flowers that you bought.

It's always great to see you x
