New hand painted wooden brooches for the Drop the Weasel shop

I've been making wooden brooches again but this time working on a black background. The floral ones remind me of the artwork found on old gypsy caravans.

 

What do you think? Do they work?

 

I've booked the week off from my day job to stock up the Drop the Weasel shop so hopefully you'll be seeing a few more items as the week rolls on. I hope you're all having a lovely bank holiday Monday if you're in the UK.
